Here are some basic rules so the fun never stops:

🏰 During your stay

• 🤝 Be kind and respect everyone — greet, smile, and share the magic with guests and staff.
• 🏊 Use the facilities responsibly… and have lots of fun. Take care of them as if they were part of your kingdom.
• 🚭 Do not smoke or vape in non-permitted common areas or in the rooms. Keep the air clean for everyone!
• 🚯 No throwing things from balconies or windows. The adventure is on solid ground 😉
• 🛠️ Take care of the furniture and decoration. Every corner counts to keep the magic alive.
• Do not use scooters throughout the premises
• 🚶!Practice the healthy sport of walking!
• 💦Remember that the minimum age to access the spa is 12+ years accompanied by an adult, and prior reservation and purchase of the hygiene kit are required.
• Some water slides have a minimum height and maximum weight. Always check the information signs or ask staff before embarking on the adventure.
• 🍽️ At the buffet, serve yourself just enough… and repeat if you wish. The magic is in enjoying without wasting.
• 🌱 Sustainability first: reuse towels, avoid daily sheet changes, and help care for the Planet 🌍
• ⚠️ Have fun with respect. No fights, shouting, or dangerous behavior.
• 🔇 Rest mode activated: respect silence between 23:00 and 08:00, and also from 15:00 to 17:00.
• 🎧If you want to listen to your music, use your headphones or earphones to help with holiday peace.
• 👕 Dress appropriately in common areas. The buffet feast is not for swimsuits 😉
• 👥 Only registered guests may stay at the resort or access the cabins.
• 🎫 External visits: must be authorized and wear their Day Pass wristband.
• 🐾 If you come with your pet, please notify us in advance and book a pet-friendly cabin.
• 🚨 Do not touch emergency equipment or alarms. They are for your protection, not for play.
• 🍻 Alcohol only for adults. Enjoy responsibly.
• 🏊‍♂️ At the pool, shower before swimming and follow hygiene-sanitary rules and lifeguard instructions.
• 💦 Do not swim outside pool hours or without a lifeguard present.
• 🎯 Laser pointers and access to staff areas are prohibited. That's certainly not a Robin challenge!
• 🚫 Do not bring or consume prohibited substances. The only magic here is fun.
• 🚪 Management may apply penalties or exercise the right of admission if someone disturbs coexistence or security.
• 📩 If you have an idea or complaint, tell us with good vibes. We always listen to you.
• 🔒 Watch your belongings. Don't let your treasures get away!
• 🧺 If you find something that is not yours, hand it in at reception. This way, we all recover our treasures!
• 👶 Children's areas are only for the little ones, always accompanied by an adult.
• 🧖‍♂️ Use the jacuzzi properly to avoid extra charges for improper use.
• 🍺 Minibar and recycling: recycle containers so your minibar can be refilled (if your plan includes it).
• 🧹 Keep the cabin clean. If special cleaning is required, it may incur an additional cost.
• 💡 Contribute to sustainability: every day you do not request cleaning, we help clean plastic from the Mediterranean together with The Gravity Wave.
• 💻 Mind your digital conduct. Do not use the resort's network for inappropriate purposes or record without permission.
• 🗝️ Data protection: your data is secure and only used to manage your stay. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, or erasure when you need to.
• 💰 Remember: penalties or charges may be updated according to current regulations and management costs.
